I truly love what I do. I love being able to support people to change something significant for themselves. Nothing makes me happier than to see the spark of understanding and the flame of excitement my clients share when they realize they have moved past something and are now headed towards the THING they want for themselves. Whatever that may be.
I have been studying personal development for 17 years. While my trek has taken many iterations, the last 6 years culminated in being a Life Coach and Business Coach to female entrepreneurs. My expertise has focused on mindset - just HOW do we move past the limitations of our circumstances and emotional responses that get in the way of the the life we want? AND... deep listening. Pulling out the key pieces of what clients share that are the heart of what needs to change and then watching the client make those shifts for themselves.
Having worked on the conscious level with clients for so long, I am now committed to working with the power of the subconscious mind. This allows my clients to get much faster and lasting results and is so exciting! AND, it opens me up to helping all sorts of people for all sorts of issues. Because no matter what you are experiencing, the root causes are very similar for most of us in the end.
We have an innate ability, often unexplored or under developed, to rid ourselves of the things standing in our way to living A Choice Life. I simply find that we need support to do it. If we knew how to move beyond things we would have done it. That's why coaching and RTT are such amazing tools for people to engage in - the solutions exist!
I have experienced a fairly rich life full of massive ups and downs. Like so many, I have worked my way through physical and emotional trauma, drama and big fat life changes. But I haven't worked on them alone - I have relied on other peoples guidance, wisdom and tools to help me process, release and recreate things for myself. We are social creatures - we need community to bring about awareness and change.
The responsibility belongs to each of us. It just depends on how you want to live.
